I made this labyrinth (of love and creation) 2 or 3 weeks ago. When I was building it, I didn't have my photo with me. This Saturday, it was time of asparagus so it was convenient for me to take some photos of the labyrinth. However, before I start with the labyrinth I want to say something about the place where the labyrinth is, since I will make at least 2 more labyrinths there (there's also lots of space and stones).

The labyrinth is on a hill called Vrtolom which means something like "Neckbreak".
Later pictures will justify that name. There is an old ruined town from the Middle Ages. I think the town was built at that place because of Turk invasion since the place is not very accessible. A bit of information for the Slovenian friends. The town was called or is still called Ljubljana. Not just Slovenians have Ljubljana.
The place is very powerful even without labyrinths. When you walk around that old town it is easy to get lost in your thoughts and imagine how there are horsemen riding around it and other people do the work they did in those days.
The place is touristically completely unknown. Here is how it looks like:

In this picture I'm standing at the place where the outside walls of town stood. The elevations in the distance are the inner walls of the town and of course a deep channel in front of the walls that all towns in the Middle Ages had. Up closer it looks like this:

That is where the doors for the entrance into the town must have been.
And now the inside of the town as you look from the entrance, looks like this:

Some signs indicate that the walls in distance could have been a church once. It is interesting how churches always stand the longest. From up closer it looks like this:

This here is for me one of better places for thinking or even better not thinking. When you are sitting there and watching all those natural elements around you, birds flying high above the sea, and you are even higher above them. Then you simply disappear. That is why I am saying that the place is very powerful. The place is also great for dancing the neodance. So here are a few more photos:

Now it is clear why the hill is called Vrtolom (Neckbreak).
And finally I'll start with labyrinth. This time it is a labyrinth of love and creation. It is positioned outside of the outer walls of the town and looks like this:

It took me one afternoon to make the labyrinth with a little help from my sister. After all, this is a labyrinth of creation. One interesting observation made by my mother that I haven’t noticed till now and which happens to all of us when we are in the middle of the labyrinth is that we have an urge to close our eyes.
And at the end I cannot resist to show a few more artistic pictures from Vrtolom:
